Phravo assists your conversations with live transcripts, suggested responses and questions, and meeting notes and insights. You decide when to capture, which reference material to use, and how to act on any output.

You must be at least [16] years old, or the minimum age for digital services where you live if that is higher, to create an account. [Age to confirm with counsel before launch.]

Keep your account secure and your billing details accurate. You keep the rights to the content you supply, and give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy notice. Upload or connect only material you are entitled to use.

You are responsible for informing participants and getting the consent your meeting and location require. Don’t use Phravo for covert surveillance or to get around anyone’s access restrictions. Stop capture when it is no longer appropriate.

Suggestions, transcripts and insights can contain errors or miss context. Check important facts before relying on them. Phravo does not make hiring, legal, medical or financial decisions for you, and never speaks or sends messages on your behalf.

The Pricing page describes session time, knowledge capacity, Ask AI allowances and history limits for each plan. Paid plans renew at the interval you chose unless you cancel. Prices, taxes and renewal details are shown before you pay. The Billing & refunds policy forms part of these terms.

On the Team plan, workspace admins manage members, seats, shared spaces, retention and two-factor requirements. Conversations you share with a team space can be seen by its members. Admins are responsible for how their organisation uses Phravo.

Referral rewards apply to new accounts only and cannot be exchanged for cash. Partner commissions follow the separate Partner terms you accept when you join.

Don’t disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, infringe others’ rights or use Phravo for anything unlawful. Follow the rules of your school or employer — for example, don’t use AI assistance in exams or assessments where it isn’t allowed. We may restrict abusive use, with proportionate notice where appropriate.

We work to keep Phravo reliable and your information protected. No online service can promise uninterrupted operation or remove every security risk. Your consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

Chrome, Google Meet, Google Docs, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ChatGPT and Claude are trademarks of their respective owners. References describe how Phravo works alongside them and do not imply endorsement or partnership.
