1Where your data is stored
Saved transcripts, notes and knowledge are hosted in European Union infrastructure.
2What happens outside the EU
Speech-to-text and AI subprocessors may process meeting information outside the EU, and EU hosting doesn’t cover what they process or retain. Our Privacy notice lists subprocessors by category.
3Request a DPA
Business customers can request our Data Processing Addendum (GDPR Article 28) from the contact page.
4Use your rights
Access, export or permanently delete your data from your workspace, or contact us.
