Use quick actions

2 min read · Updated [date]

Quick actions are one-tap requests during a meeting — an opening line, a follow-up question, the key points so far. Phravo shows the ones that fit your conversation.

1Open them

In the side panel, tap + next to “What should I say?” and “Catch me up”. You’ll see up to six actions picked for your kind of conversation and your role.

2Before anyone speaks

At the start you also get openers: Icebreaker, Opening line and How should I start?

3Actions for your conversation

Sales: Handle objection, Ask discovery question, Reframe value, Move toward next step. Negotiation: Suggest counter, Ask what matters most, Clarify concession. Interviewing: Ask follow-up, Probe deeper, Explore leadership, Ask for evidence. Being interviewed: Draft answer, Give me an example, Clarify question, Make answer shorter.

4Actions for any meeting

Follow-up question, Clarify this, Explain this, Key points so far, Action items and Lighten the mood.

5After the meeting

Press Stop to see Meeting complete: the summary, key points, decisions, action items and open questions. Copy the notes or the transcript, or download them as .txt or .md.
